Admission procedures
- The student fills out the application form.
- The student send CN $ 200/- (Non-refundable) registration fees into Royal Canadian Institute of Technology’s Bank account and gets a proof of the same and gives it to ABC.
- ABC will scans the application form duly filled out by the student along with the documents and the proof of $ 200. Following documents need to be scanned and sent along with the application form:
- Degrees and certificates for high school, Intermediate (10+2) and Degree
- Work experience certificate if any
- IELTS (5.5 and above) or other English language proficiency certifications. If the student has not taken any, then they should complete them before filing for the Student Visa
- The college after reviewing the application and on approval issues a “Conditional Letter of Approval”.
- The student sends the fees (see payment options below) to RCIT and awaits the “Unconditional Letter of Approval”.
- Along with the duly completed Visa application, SOP, the Unconditional letter of Approval and the necessary financial and educational documents, the agent sends it to CEC (Canadian Education Center) for getting the papers “Visa Ready”.
- CEC reviews the documents and edits the SOP (Statement of Purpose) and sends it back to the agent.
- The agent makes the recommended changes and send the papers for the visa approval
- In case of rejection of the visa, Royal Canadian Institute of Technology will refund all the fees sent to us with a deduction of a small administrative fees of CN $ 300
Educational Loans from Indian banks - Those students who have an intention to apply for an educational loan in India are required to pay CDN $ 4,000.00 by wire transfer directly to the RCIT bank account in Canada and email the bank’s approval letter for the loan for the remaining tuition fees of CDN $ 12,000.00 plus CAN $ 10,000 as living expenses for the first year The original document must be sent by mail. The students will be required to show the expenses for the second year i.e. Fees plus the living expenses in liquid cash/bank loan/source from where the funds will come to cover the second year.

To make payment directly to the school's bank account in Canada please print the following information and take it to your bank or payment service and arrange for funds to be transferred directly. Please allow for 3 to 7 business days for the funds to arrive. If possible, please email or fax the school to advise the date funds were transferred, amount transferred and the name transferred from. If you have received a student number please place the student number on the transfer documents.
